Culture and history

Mosnac is home to the Église Saint-Saturnin, a primarily Romanesque building. The façade features a distinctly Saintongeais rhythm of arcades. Inside, the church contains Romanesque capitals depicting griffins and lions. By decree of 19 March 1990, the Église Saint-Saturnin was classified as a historic monument of France.

River landscape and fishing

The Les Bords de Seugne campsite has direct access to the Seugne River and offers pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents, as well as two fully equipped mobile homes. The fishing section in Mosnac on the Seugne includes the confluences of the Seugne with the Trèfle and the Maine. It is considered to be relatively unspoilt and rich in fish. The main channel of this fishing section can only be accessed via the unpaved road from Clion.

Horse riding and cycling

The Domaine équestre de Favières offers riding lessons. It also provides hourly rides as well as full- or half-day horseback tours. Guided walks with Shetland ponies are available for small children.

The Circuit VTT N°3 - À la rencontre de la Seugne is 34.4 kilometres long and takes around three hours.
