Saint-Riquier: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
Culture
Saint-Riquier Abbey was founded in 625. In the 9th century, under the abbacy of Angilbert, it was an important cultural, intellectual and religious centre.
The Belfry of Saint-Riquier is part of the town's historic appearance. It retains a medieval base; its structure dates from the 16th century and its bell tower from the 18th century. Inside, there is a prison and four superimposed rooms. The Belfry of Saint-Riquier is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The tourist information office is also located there.
The Hôtel Dieu complex was built between 1688 and 1704 on the foundations of an older 12th-century building and preserves its chapel. Its museum displays a reconstruction of an 18th-century hospital room and pharmacy.
The Saint-Riquier Cultural Centre offers exhibitions, theatre, dance and concerts.
Nature
Since 13 February 2020, the municipality of Saint-Riquier has been part of the Baie de Somme – Picardie maritime Regional Nature Park.
