History

The collision occurred on April 7, 1922. It was also the first documented collision between two transport aircraft in the world over the municipality of Thieuloy-Saint-Antoine.

Involved were a de Havilland DH 18A operated by the British airline Daimler Airmway and a Farman F60 Goliath operated by the Compagnie des grands express aériens.

The residential building constructed in 1812 was no longer habitable and was no longer occupied for safety reasons.
