The 14.5-kilometre circular hiking trail La Pâturelle connects Saint-Quentin, Dallon, Fontaine-les-Clercs and Savy. For much of its route, it follows the Somme marshes and runs between these wetlands and the Vermandois landscape. Along the way, it passes through the small valleys Vallée à l’Avoine, Vallée des Cerisiers, Vallée des Noyers and Vallée du bois d’Artois, offering varied landscapes. La Pâturelle is signposted with yellow and brown markings.

The Saint-Vilfort spring at 1 Rue de l’Épine in Dallon is a historic spring dating from the 19th century. The statue of Saint Vilfort is a tourist attraction in Dallon. Dallon Church was built in 1834 by the architect M. Lemaire-Dufour.
