Culture

The Commanderie de la Touche is a former 13th-century Templar commandery and later became a commandery of the Order of Malta; later additions date from the 15th to the 18th century. At the Commanderie de la Touche, visitors can explore the outdoor areas, courtyard and garden. Every year during the European Heritage Days, the site is open to the public.

The Château de l'Aubraye in La Réorthe has been protected as a historic monument since 1 February 1928 through its listing.

Nature

The hiking trails of La Réorthe are marked in yellow for orientation. They provide an opportunity to discover the slopes and valleys of the municipality as well as the L'Angle Guignard reservoir; in total, the hiking trails cover 10 km.

The Le Libaud hiking trail follows farm tracks through the Bois de l'Ollivier, whose vegetation is rich and diverse. The L'Angle Guignard reservoir extends across La Réorthe and Chantonnay. The public reservoir has slipways.

Activities

The “Art et Nature” game is designed as a course with 12 stages and 12 missions that combine walking and transport. The puzzles are solved using QR codes on boards reached with the help of the map. The map is also available via QR codes and flyers at the town hall.
