A special view of Ruillé-en-Champagne leads to the parish church of Saint-Nazaire-et-Saint-Celse. The church was rebuilt between 1895 and 1899 according to plans by the architect Pascal Vérité. A design created by Auguste Alleaume for the Baptism of Christ was reused in the same year, 1927, for window 18 of the church.

The Carrière souterraine de Bernay is a type 1 continental ZNIEFF area covering 4.1 hectares in Ruillé-en-Champagne and Bernay-Neuvy-en-Champagne. It comprises two small underground galleries in a deciduous forest, where several bat species find suitable conditions for hibernation. It is significant because of its mammal fauna and as a migration, roosting and resting site.
The Mont Rochard, a hill, is also located further afield in the region around Ruillé-en-Champagne.

The Circuit de la Vègre is a signposted walking and hiking trail. The starting point and destination are at the church car park. The route follows a stream and then leads back towards the village.
The Ferme équestre du Mont Cruchet offers recreational horse riding with a classical and/or ethological focus.
