Trails and History

The Circuit des Fées follows an ancient Roman road. As part of this circular route, the Chapelle des Lieux-Saints near Marsac-sur-Don is visited.

Culture

The Château de la Herbretais is a Renaissance-style château with a 3.5-hectare park. It dates from the late 15th and early 16th centuries and was built from blue stone from Nozay and Marsac-sur-Don.

Guided tours with commentary of the exterior areas of the Château de la Herbretais present its history from 1580 to the present day.
