The only surviving part of the leper colony is the Notre-Dame-du-Val chapel, built in the 13th century. Its west gable was rebuilt in the 16th century; the Chapelle Notre-Dame-du-Val is fully listed as a Monument historique.

The Escalier de Sotteville leads to the sea via 231 steps. Due to the risk of falling rocks, only part of these 231 steps is currently accessible. The staircase was equipped with rails for small carts, which were used to transport pebbles collected on the beach uphill.
The circular hiking route Circuit No. 8 “L’escalier de Sotteville” is 6.2 km long and begins at the Sotteville-sur-Mer town hall on Place de la Libération. The historic trail “Tenir coûte que coûte” leads from Saint-Pierre-le-Viger to Sotteville-sur-Mer. This historic commemorative trail is a 36 km-long, self-guided and signposted route. Along the coast, the long-distance hiking trail GR®21 “Littoral de la Normandie” also runs from Tréport to Le Havre.
