Drosay: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

In Drosay, the Église Saint-Martin has been protected as a historic monument by decree of 24 November 1926. The church has two naves separated by a sandstone colonnade with octagonal capitals.

The Plage de Veules-les-Roses beach is located near Drosay. In the wider surrounding region are Château de Valmont, the historic site Abbaye Notre-Dame-du-Pré, the historic site Prieuré Saint-Hyacinthe d'Yvetot, Chateau de Louvetot, Plage de Varengeville-sur-Mer beach and Cap Fagnet.

Culture

The Chapelle Saint-Roch was rebuilt by Jean de Rouen after he survived the plague and dedicated to Saint Roch. Until the 19th century, six parishes regularly made pilgrimages to the Chapelle Saint-Roch.

The Chapelle Saint-Roch may have been built in the 11th century; it was extensively remodelled in the 17th and 19th centuries. The Ancien Manoir de Rouen was built between the 17th and 18th centuries from brick, flint and stone.

The carved fireplace jambs of the Manoir des Moines indicate the age of the building. According to local tradition, the Manoir des Moines was dependent on a religious order, probably the Commanderie des Chevaliers Hospitaliers de Sainte-Vaubourg.

The architecture of the Mairie-école de Drosay is characteristic of the second half of the 19th century.

In the Pays du Grès, the use of sandstone in local churches, chapels, traditional buildings and wayside shrines is highlighted. The circular route “Circuit N°32 – Pays du Grès” is designated as a 20.78-kilometre hiking route.
