The Manoir des Portes in Bernières was registered as a protected monument on 12 November 1992. The protection covers the dwelling and the barn, as well as the area of the Cour-masure farmstead, including the planted embankment. The dwelling was built at the beginning of the 16th century and remodelled in 1693 and 1719. The main building materials documented include limestone, brick, half-timbering and flint.
Bernières was first mentioned in 1140 under the name Beuzemouchel and adopted the name Bernières in 1678.
The chapel of the Château de Durdan was built in the Neo-Gothic style in the 19th century. At the Château de Durdan, the lower part of a defensive tower belonging to a manor house built in the mid-16th century has been preserved; the present dwelling was built in the 17th century. The estate includes, among other things, a chapel, an ornamental garden, a park and an avenue.

In the Le Vieux Clocher district, the construction of a new church for the older parish church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste et Saint-Quentin was decided in 1873 because its location was considered unsuitable and extensive repairs were needed; the last remains of the older church were destroyed in 1967. The Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste et Saint-Quentin has a Latin-cross floor plan. The construction of this church was decided in 1873, the works were awarded in 1876, the building work was accepted in 1878, the bell tower was completed in 1885, and the porch was completed with an iron grille in 1889.
