On the outside of the southern wall of the nave of the parish church of Saint-Martin is a bas-relief of Saint Martin. It dates from the first half of the 16th century; on 13 April 1905, it was classified as a protected object. The carved wooden pulpit has volute supports, a back panel decorated with a coat of arms, and a sounding board decorated with a dove. It dates from the 17th century and was registered as a protected object on 19 June 1973.
The ensemble of the northern side altar depicts the Baptism of Christ in a polychrome relief and includes statues of John the Baptist, Saint Margaret, and Saint Sebastian. The ensemble dates from the 18th century; the statue of John the Baptist dates from the 16th century. Another historical trace is the tomb slab of a woman from the 14th century. As of June 2024, it was planned that the municipal employee on duty would open the church at weekends.

The historic site of Abbaye de Montmorel is located in the immediate surroundings of Juilley.
