The oldest surviving traces of Gouberville Church probably date from the early 13th century. They include the west gable with its portal and window, the base of the tower, and three windows in the chancel. Construction of the bell tower of Gouberville Church began in the 14th century; the tower remained unfinished until 1780. Work then resumed, with a height of around 19 metres planned.
The tombstone of Hervé de Crosville, who was once Seigneur de Gouberville, can be seen in the chancel of Gouberville Church. Gilles de Gouberville is considered a Norman nobleman and Seigneur de Gouberville. The edition of Journal de Gilles de Gouberville is published in three volumes: Volume 1 covers the years 1549–1553, Volume 2 the years 1554–1558, and Volume 3 the years 1559–1562. The journal also contains an entry about a visit to Gouberville to graft trees.

The published hiking route for 2026 includes a 5-kilometre section from Réthoville to Gouberville. The path from Bas de la rue de Gouberville leads north to the Étang de Gattemare through a protected area managed by the Conservatoire du littoral; hikers should stay on the GR223.
