In Brix stands the Notre-Dame de Brix church, whose fabric dates predominantly from the 16th century. At the crossing, it has Romanesque pillars and capitals. The choir contains a Baroque high altar from 1650, which frames a painting of the Assumption of Mary. The church portal dates from 1568 and is decorated with a statue of Notre-Dame-des-Neiges.

Festivals and History
The traditional Foire Saint-Denis de Brix takes place every year at the beginning of October over two days. It includes horse shows, animal sales, a sheep competition, fireworks and a large flea market on Sunday.
The grounds of what is now Bruce Castle are the roots of Brix’s connection to the Scottish royal family. The Saint-Jouvin Chapel in Sottevast also dates from the 16th century. It stands between two branches of the Douve and next to a spring.
Nature and Trails
The La forêt de Brix hiking trail mainly follows wide paths and small roads through the forest of Brix and ends with panoramic views over the southern Cotentin. The marked A travers le bocage trail is 23.6 kilometres long, starts at the church in Brix and passes near the Saint-Jouvin Chapel.
The starting point of the Le bas de Brix route can be reached via the Cap Cotentin bus network at the “Brix – Le Stade” stop. The 7.8-kilometre Les Querrières trail in Brix is very easy and climbs towards Bruce Castle.
The Brix–Bricquebec cycling route leads from farms to villages along quiet roads lined with tall hedges. These hedges enclose pastures, fields and orchards.
