Quillebeuf-Sur-Seine: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Quillebeuf-sur-Seine lies in the Seine’s final meander at the mouth of the estuary and is part of the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park. One of the town’s distinctive structures is the Phare de Quillebeuf: the lighthouse was completed in 1862, is 14 metres high, and was built as a round, slightly conical tower of dressed stone. It is still in operation and remains in the same condition as in 1905.

Culture and History
Notre-Dame de Bon Port is a Romanesque church dating from the 12th century. Its nave is divided into five aisles, comprises five bays, and has two side aisles. Inside, there are maritime votive offerings and ship models. The southern window was donated by the Seine pilots in 1894.
The history of seafarers and pilots on the Seine has shaped Quillebeuf-sur-Seine. A decree dated 2 October 1793 is also part of the town’s history: it ordered the opening of a hydrographic school in Quillebeuf.
The burned ruins of the Maison Royale are still visible in Quillebeuf-sur-Seine. The house dates from the 17th century. Graffiti can be found inside the church and in the passageways of the houses on Grande Rue.
Water and Surroundings
The Quillebeuf ferry provides a regular connection between the two banks of the Seine. There is also a motorhome parking area near the Phare de Quillebeuf, with space for up to six vehicles.
Townscape
Grande Rue is lined with half-timbered houses dating from the 16th century. To explore the town, there is the self-guided walking tour “Sur les pas des pilotes de Seine”, which is designed to take one hour.
