In 1927, a stone chapel was built at the Chapelle à la Vierge to replace the former wooden shelter, which had fallen into disrepair. Following the cholera epidemics of 1865 and 1866, a statue of the Virgin Mary was installed there as an ex voto. The chapel is located near the VéloFrancette.
