The Motte féodale de Parenty is the last surviving remnant of a medieval fortress dating from the 12th century. By decree of 11 December 1978, it was added to the inventory of Monuments historiques. Every August, the site becomes an open-air stage during the Illuminations de la Vallée de la Course et ses affluents.

The choir of the Église Saint-Wulmer is designed in the Flamboyant Gothic style. The church contains stained-glass windows depicting Saint-Hubert, Saint-Louis and Saint-Roch; one of the windows shows Saint-Roch with his dog. The Château de Parenty is considered a château in the Neoclassical style, built in 1785.

Nature

Parenty is located in the Vallée de la Course, named after the river that runs through it. The village is also part of the ZNIEFF de la vallée de la Course, whose valley includes wet meadows and small marshes.

Trails

The Les Mottes Féodales trail starts in Parenty and combines nature and cultural experiences on a walk. It passes through Doudeauville and Bezinghem; each of the two municipalities has a surviving feudal motte. The hiking trail from Parenty is 15 km long.

The local offering includes Course Fa’Syl, a village shop that sells regional products and offers bread.
