The Moulin Michel de Coquelles is a windmill mounted on a rotating base, also known as a Flemish mill. It was used for grinding grain and has been listed as a Monument historique by decree of 14 November 1977.

The Maison du Patrimoine in Coquelles presents an exhibition on the construction of the Channel Tunnel. The old tower of the former church of Coquelles, which was designated a classified site on 10 April 1912, is also part of the town's history.
