Merville: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Merville combines traces of history with water-based activities and scenic landscapes. The “Au fil de l’eau” tour begins at the car park of the Base Nautique on Rue Duhamel Liard. In the town centre, it is signposted at various stops with historical information boards and is approximately 5 kilometres long.

Culture and history

Merville Town Hall is a Renaissance-style building designed by the architect Louis Cordonnier. It was inaugurated on 7 April 1929. The “Caou” barge is also part of the town’s history: the bow and stern sections of the last barge moored in the municipality were renovated and are now displayed in the town.
