The Church of Saint Wasnon was rebuilt from 1751 to 1756 under the direction of Pierre Contant d'Ivry.
The present-day guardhouse and belfry were completed in 1789. The belfry was listed as a historic monument on 5 February 2007.

The La Canarderie circuit can be explored on foot or by mountain bike along the canal, the ponds created by subsidence, and the reed beds. The La Canarderie route leads to an ornithological site considered one of the richest in the département due to the number and diversity of species found there.
