Bollezeele: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The parish church of Saint-Wandrille in Bollezeele features construction phases dating from 1606, 1878 and 1882. The church houses the statue “Vierge à l’Enfant dite Notre-Dame de Bollezeele”. Only the bell tower of the Saint-Wandrille church is protected as a French historic monument.

Market

Every Wednesday, a weekly market takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the Grand’Place in Bollezeele. Fruit and vegetables, cheese, poultry, fish and grilled dishes are available there.

Cycling

The 39-kilometre cycling route “Les Rives de l’Yser” No. 3 starts and ends in Bollezeele. Along the way, it turns left onto the Chemin des Cinq Rue and passes the Notre Dame de Bollezeele spring. Despite frequent climbs, the route is also accessible to occasional cyclists.

On Foot

The “En Quête Bollezeele” walking rally starts at the Place de l’église de Bollezeele. It is designed for children and families and leads to the Chapelle St Antoine.

Festivals

The association organises numerous festive events in the municipality, including the “Ducasse de la Ville”.
