Lasserre: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
Culture
The history of Lasserre includes the Église Saint-Martin. It was built between 1534 and 1541 on the site of a chapel dedicated to Sainte Radegonde in the Fort of Lasserre. The Gothic church is built entirely of red-orange bricks. Inside, there is a gilded Baroque altarpiece made of limewood, created by the sculptor Gabriel Rossat in 1705 and classified as a historic monument. The wall of the nave also contains a small polychrome stone Pietà dating from around the 13th century. The octagonal bell tower was added shortly before the French Revolution.
