Lagarrigue is situated on the GR6, which is described here as a shorter variant of the GR65 Way of St. James. The hiking route Le plateau de Campuac follows a grassy path to Lagarrigue and continues along the GR6 towards Causseran.

Culture
In the municipality of Campuac, on the D904 between Villecomtal and Entraygues, near the village of Lagarrigue, stands the Jean-Jacques Anquetin stele. It commemorates a 17-year-old Maquisard of the Compagnie Fred du Maquis de Pradels, who fell in combat against the enemy.
In the hamlet of La Garrigue, La Chevêche is a small, fully equipped theatre. Readings, as well as small theatrical, musical and shadow-theatre performances, are held there.
The Campuac Quillodrome hosts numerous quilles-de-huit competitions throughout the year and is used on 48 weekends a year. In the upper section of the nave are six circular stained-glass windows, each depicting one of the six days of creation.
