Buzan is home to the Chapelle Saint-Jean Baptiste, a chapel dating from the 18th century. The village also has a war memorial commemorating the First World War, erected in 1929 and facing south toward the valley.

The Soulane de Buzan hiking route begins at the washhouse at the end of the village of Buzan. It is a marked circular hike covering 7.77 kilometers with 400 meters of elevation gain. Along the way, it passes the Croix de Casseich, a small chapel dating from 1693, and leads through deciduous forests and Douglas fir plantations.

On a northern ridge, the Soulane de Buzan circular hike offers a viewpoint overlooking the valley and the peaks of Couserans. The peaks Tuc aux Pentières, Sommet de l'Herbe Blanche, Tuc de Garbé, and Tuc de Picastelle are also located in the vicinity of Buzan.

In the wider region around Buzan are the Abbaye de Bonnefont en Comminges, a historic site; the Villa Chiragan, an ancient site; and the Abbaye de Combelongue, a church.
