The chapel of Notre-Dame-du-Saint-Rosaire is located in the territory of the former municipality of Aumontzey. Construction began on 19 May 1913, and the chapel was inaugurated on 19 April 1914. Its architecture is inspired by the style of an Oriental temple. The chapel was intended to provide factory workers with a more accessible place of worship than the church in Jussarupt. Beneath it was a hall with a stage, intended for theatrical performances by young people from the surrounding area. A concrete water tower was installed in the false bell tower, supplying drinking water to the adjoining workers’ housing.
Culture and History
The church in Granges-Aumontzey contains a memorial to the First World War that is protected as a historic monument; it can be seen on the right when entering the building. The Aumontzey railway line was extended to Gérardmer on 28 June 1878 and closed on 21 March 1988.

The Réserve biologique intégrale du Kertoff consists of rock formations overlooking the valley and is mentioned in connection with Granges-Aumontzey.

The Circuit VTT n°2 Le Haut d’Hermefosse mountain-bike loop in Granges-Aumontzey is 12 km long and has 300 m of positive elevation gain. In Granges-Aumontzey, numerous walking trails make it possible to discover a diverse range of flora and fauna. Carp, tench, brown trout and rainbow trout can be fished at the Étang du Rayau.
