In Darnac, the Château de la Côte-au-Chapt is located in the hamlet of La Côte-au-Chapt. Only remnants of the walls and an almost circular keep remain of the complex. The remains, including the surrounding walls, were listed as a historic monument by decree of 19 April 1988; the keep and the ground of the plot were classified as a historic monument by decree of 25 September 1989.

The Church of Saint John the Baptist in Darnac is Romanesque and dates from the 12th century. Pre-Romanesque sculptures have been reused in its construction, and the west portal features Romanesque paintings. The church also has a half-timbered bell tower dating from the 17th century.
