In Fillols, the red circular walking route La Vista de Dalt starts in front of the town hall. In addition, there are several signposted local circular walking routes, including paths to the Canigou Massif. Two access routes to the Canigou Massif start in Fillols: one leads via the Col des Voltes, the other via Balatg. Culture and history
The Church of Saint-Félix in Fillols dates from the late 12th century and displays an advanced Romanesque style. Its semicircular apse is constructed entirely of hewn granite, both inside and out.
The Saint-Pierre Chapel was the seat of a provostry of Cuxa Abbey. Today, it is privately owned and is a ruin.
The Fillols festival is now celebrated in the second half of August and lasts four days or longer. Numerous traditions are preserved during the festival.

A few kilometres from Fillols lies Villefranche-de-Conflent, a town fortified by Vauban. The Musée de la mine d’Escaro presents the mining history of the Canigou area.
