Villesiscle was associated with “Les jeudis en Malepère”: As part of this event, the winegrowers of the AOP Malepère welcomed the public at 18 wineries and wine estates, including Château Les Cèdres de Robert in Villesiscle, on Thursdays in July and August 2022. Tastings, musical entertainment and meals on site were planned.

Wine and regional produce
At Château Les Cèdres de Robert, visitors can learn about the estate and its products by prior arrangement. The château was formerly owned by the Dominican abbey near Prouille and was renamed Les Cèdres de Robert in 2013. Seasonal produce such as asparagus, red kiwis and walnuts can also be discovered there.
Culture and photography
The Notre-Dame de Prouille monastery is located in the vicinity of Villesiscle. The historic site of Abbaye de Villelongue and the historic site of Abbaye Saint-Pierre à Montolieu are also located in the surrounding area. The historic site of Château de Baudrigue is located in the wider regional area around Villesiscle.
The “Chemins de Photos” festival was also associated with Villesiscle: In 2023, twelve photo series were installed in public and private places there. From 27 May to 4 June, the programme included several photography workshops as well as a “Night of Photography” from 6 pm to midnight, featuring projections of photos and videos. As part of the festival’s opening, a walk was organised in Villesiscle during which the town’s exhibitions were discussed.
