Roubia can be discovered through tangible traces of its history. The Église Sainte-Eulalie is an old church in Roubia and reflects the religious and cultural history of the village. Two chapels were added to it in 1855. In 1918, the church collapsed and was rebuilt between 1927 and 1929.
The Canal du Midi, also known as the Canal Royal du Languedoc and the Canal des Deux Mers, was built by Pierre-Paul Riquet from 15 April 1667 to 2 May 1681. In 1996, it was added to the list of World Heritage Sites. In Roubia, the Canal du Midi is a historic monument.
