The Fontaine monumentale was listed as a historic monument by decree of 12 February 1951. It was built between 1751 and 1784 by three local craftsmen; the main construction phase dates to 1780. Its large circular basin is divided into three sections by stone arms radiating from a central pyramid. The Sainte-Cécile Church in Montazels dates from the 17th century.
