Brouillet can be explored through both wine and history. Champagne Gérin et fils offers guided tours with commentary through the press house, fermentation room and ageing cellar. Culture and History

A plaque in Brouillet church commemorates the fact that the heart of Jean Moët is buried at the foot of the altar. John Baptist de La Salle spent the summers of his childhood at the home of his maternal grandparents in Brouillet. The estate in Brouillet associated with the Moët family has been documented since 1501.

A magnificent staircase leading to the bedroom is documented as a surviving relic of the former Moët estate. A large dovecote is likewise documented as a surviving relic of the former Moët estate.
