Culture
The Church of Saint-Didier de Hortes was rebuilt between 1777 and 1784 and extended in 1832. Its nave, divided into five aisles, comprises five bays and is complemented by a projecting transept. The large organ was designed and built entirely by several volunteers. Arts et Loisirs en Haute-Amance organizes a concert every year around the organ of the Church of Saint-Didier de Hortes.
The Chapel of Saint-Didier de Hortes dates from the late 16th century and has a painted and gilded wooden altarpiece from the late 18th century. The Fontaine Virey de Hortes is a circular fountain with a design reminiscent of ancient architecture and a semicircular basin; it dates from 1841.

Nature
Le Val de Presles is a wetland covering more than 20 hectares in the municipality of Haute-Amance. Among other species, the Val de Presles is home to the black stork, the white-throated dipper, the lesser horseshoe bat, the common pipistrelle and the yellow-bellied toad.
History
Fort de Montlandon was the last fort to be built as part of the Langres defensive system. It can be visited by prior arrangement.
