The Church of Saint Gervais and Saint Protais in Traînel dates from the 12th century. The Church of Saint Gervais was the seat of the parish and the priory. The hike “Randonnée de Traînel, dans la vallée de l'Orvin” passes old wells and washhouses, stone bridges over the Orvin and smaller streams, as well as houses made of red brick.
