The Moulin de Dosches is a faithful reconstruction of the windmills typical of Champagne and was built using traditional 18th-century techniques. The facility, constructed entirely from wood, operates according to the principle of a post mill: the entire structure rotates to align itself with the wind.

Culture
The Moulin de Dosches includes the Jardin Ancien, which showcases old plants and environmentally friendly cultivation methods. Demonstrations of flour production using hand mills are also offered at the Moulin. The site also includes the “La Meule” plant maze.
The Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Dosches dates from the 19th century. It houses the sculpture group “Vierge de Pitié”. The “Vierge de Pitié” is a 16th-century sculpture and was placed under heritage protection as a movable object on 27 December 1913.
Nature and Landscape
Dosches lies at the transition between the Champagne crayeuse and the Champagne humide, between a cereal plain and wet woodland. The Route du Balcon du Parc passes through Dosches.
The Forêt des Bas Bois is home to protected yellow-bellied toads. The forest in Dosches is designated as a Natura 2000 site, falls under the Ramsar Convention, and is designated as both a ZICO and a ZNIEFF.
The Haut de la Garenne viewpoint lies at an elevation of 203 metres and offers a view over the Forêt d’Orient.

The Sentier de découverte de Dosches begins at the Place du village de Dosches, is 4.2 km long, and takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. The trail is managed by the municipality of Dosches and marked with a sheep symbol. It leads to the Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste.

At the Moulin de Dosches, individual self-guided visits and educational group visits are possible. The Moulin shop sells local products, including flour produced by the miller.
