The Church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption preserves Romanesque capitals dating from the time of its construction. Its apse features an arcade decorated with zigzag patterns; Renaissance chapels are located on either side.

The châteaux also reflect different periods. Château de La Resle was built in the 17th century, retains its original spatial volumes and offers the comforts of a small luxury hotel. Château de Montfort is a beautiful 18th-century estate surrounded by a 7-hectare park.

Nature

Montigny-la-Resle borders the Saint-Germain Forest. The area features a landscape of vineyards, woodland, fields and paths suitable for walking.

Fishing is possible at the municipal pond from 15 March to 15 November. A fishing permit issued by the municipal administration is required.
