The church of Mézilles, dedicated to Saint Mary, was rebuilt during the Renaissance; the side aisle and the seigneurial chapel were added at that time. It contains a restored mural depicting the martyrdom of Saint Blaise. The church also has a recently restored wooden vault.

Le Fort is one of the surviving fortified houses associated with the defence of Saint-Fargeau. The parish church of Mézilles has been classified as a Monument historique since 1976.

Jardin Ribaudin is a 19th-century garden with canals, an orchard, a vegetable garden, a dovecote and an ice house on the island. Its canal system is fed by the Branlin and supplies private washhouses with water.

In the vicinity of Mézilles are the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Chantier Médiéval de Guédelon fortress and the Église Saint-Ferréol church. The Château de Lamothe-Jarry is located in the wider regional surroundings of Mézilles.

Hiking

The “Le Moulin Rouge et le Château du Fort” route is designated as marked circular trail number 69 and as a cultural and natural hiking route for pedestrians. It starts at the car park of the community hall along the D965, crosses the Branlin and leads to the chapel of Château du Fort. Its route extends to the front of the chapel of Château du Fort.
