Domaine Alexandre offers tastings of Chablis wines and markets Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Cuvée Vieilles Vignes and Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume. The family-run winery has been passed down through three generations and farms 13 hectares in La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne.

The Chantemerle winery covers 20.40 hectares. It produces four Crus: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er cru Fourchaume and Chablis 1er cru Homme mort.

The wines of Domaine Goulley Philippe are made exclusively from its own grapes. In 1991, Domaine Goulley Philippe became the first winery in the Chablis region to be certified for organic farming.
