The Château de Quincey is located on the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne. It is listed as a historic monument, dates from the 17th and 18th centuries, and is still surrounded by its moat. In 1658, the king stayed at the Château de Quincey during a visit to the Parliament of Burgundy.

The Église Saint-André has a nave with two bays, a square bell tower above the choir, a flat-ended choir, and a side chapel. It is the only remarkable building in the village of Quincey.

The municipal washhouse is located on Rue de la Boguette on the banks of the Meuzin. The rectangular building is enclosed on three sides by walls made of exposed rubble stone and covered by a single-aisle tiled roof.

Nature and water

The Meuzin River runs through Quincey. The wetlands in Quincey are concentrated along the Meuzin. Quincey includes part of the Saule-Guillaume gravel pits, which form a significant wetland complex.

The Saule-Guillaume gravel pits are used for fishing and water-based recreational activities. The more natural areas of Saule-Guillaume are visited, among others, by rare birds such as purple herons, little bitterns, and great reed warblers. Barn swallows can be observed in the village of Quincey.
