History
The former Château de Perrigny complex was marked by a tumulus measuring approximately 40 × 50 metres and 2.5 metres high. The foundation of a round tower with a diameter of 16 metres and a height of 3 metres was discovered on the grounds of the Château de Perrigny. The tower was probably begun in the 14th century but was never completed. Archaeological investigations at the Château de Perrigny uncovered floors dating from the 15th century.
