In Tiranges, the PR678 La chapelle Saint-Régis circular hiking trail passes by the Saint-Régis chapel and then returns to Tiranges. It is a moderately difficult circular hike covering 10.9 km and passing through pastures and forests. From the information board along this route, weather permitting, there is a view of the Plateau de la Madeleine, the sucs yssingelais and Mont Mézenc.
