In Reilhac, the Château de Broussette has been protected as a historic monument since November 24, 2003. This protection covers the keep and the chapel. The surviving square tower of the Château de Broussette dates from the 13th century and preserves original interior features such as a spiral staircase, tiled floors, and a rib vault on the first floor.

The church of Reilhac is also architecturally noteworthy. The front of the Reilhac church cross depicts Christ with his arms slightly raised. The Brousse cross is part of Reilhac's minor heritage; its base was restored through volunteer efforts. The Reilhaguet cross is also part of Reilhac's minor heritage.

Cycle Paths

The Allée de Cantal is a soft-mobility route connecting Naucelles with Reilhac, which opened in 2024.

The Jussac–Reilhac mountain biking connection is a 2.9-kilometre-long, easy mountain bike route for one-way travel. It provides access to Reilhac and to all the mountain bike loops in the agglomeration. The route is open year-round and free to access.

The mountain biking connection passes the cemetery and descends 50 metres to the Reilhac–Nozerolles connection.

Every year, Reilhac hosts the Bread Festival and Its Little Market, which attracts visitors. The tarts and loaves of bread baked there had sold out by midday.
