The Église Saint-Médard in Clermont-Dessous is a parish church built in the 12th century. Its apse choir and straight bay belong to the first construction phase.

The first fort of the Château de Clermont-Dessous appears to date from the 11th century. The present Château de Clermont-Dessous complex, including its tower, dates from the 13th century.

The Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Clermont-Dessous is a Romanesque church built in the 12th century, with a dome and a tall tower; it is classified as a historic monument. Together with the dome of the church in Moirax, its dome is considered a unique example of a stylistic transition from the early Romanesque period to the beginnings of the Gothic period.

A medieval walk through Clermont-Dessous leads along a paved lane lined with half-timbered houses.

Paths and viewpoints

The Clermont-Dessous / le Lau circular trail starts at the car park below the Château de Clermont-Dessous. It offers views of the Garonne plain, the slopes of Gascony and, sometimes, as far as the Pyrenees peaks.

The Point de vue du Lau et fenêtre paysagère viewpoint offers a view across the Garonne plains. From there, the village, the Garonne and the slopes of Port-Sainte-Marie can be seen in the background.
