Cauna Castle was built in the 12th century and is still located in the municipality. A 20-metre-high square tower made of pink bricks remains of the castle. The tower can be accessed from the outside via a horseshoe-shaped staircase.

The Church of Saint-Barthélemy in Cauna houses an organ built around 1860 by the Aristide Cavaillé-Coll workshop.

The Abbaye de Saint-Sever, which is considered a church, is located near Cauna. Further afield in the region are the Abbaye de Pontaut, regarded as a historic site, and the Archives départementales des Landes, regarded as an archive.
