Biscarrosse has more than 50 kilometres of cycle paths. La Vélodyssée also runs through the town; the local section leads from Arcachon via Biscarrosse Plage to the town centre.

Nature
The Hournaou Lagoon is located in the Born et Buch Natura 2000 area and is recognised for its importance to fauna and flora. There is a marked botanical trail of approximately 1 kilometre around the lagoon.
Lac de Biscarrosse–Cazaux–Sanguinet, also known as Lac Nord, offers opportunities for swimming and water sports. Lac de Biscarrosse-Parentis, also known as Lac de Latécoère, is one of the few seaplane bases in France. Le Petit lac is considered more pristine and protected.

At the entrance to Biscarrosse Plage, BISC’AVENTURE® park offers high-rope courses, four thrill activities and three challenge activities from April to November. BISC’AVENTURE® has more than 200 treetop games on 19 courses of increasing difficulty and height.
Culture and History
Saint Martin Church dates from the 14th and 15th centuries and is built from garluche, a stone typical of this part of the Landes.
At Cugnes in Biscarrosse Plage, Les Gascons de Biscarrosse offer, by prior reservation, a discovery trail about resin tapping. Along this trail, visitors can learn about the forest and resin production.
Château de Montbron dates from the 14th century. During the English occupation of Aquitaine, it housed an English garrison belonging to the Prince of Wales and Prince of Aquitaine, known as the Black Prince; it cannot be visited.
The Rassemblement International d’Hydravions takes place every two years in May at the former Latécoère base on Lac Sud in Biscarrosse.
The Musée des Traditions et de l’histoire covers the formation of the dunes and lakes, resin production, and rural and craft activities.
