The Tayac Treasure is a significant find from the La Tène period: it includes 4 kg of gold, a torc and 400 Celtic coins. The treasure was discovered by farm workers in 1893. It is on display at the Musée d’Aquitaine in Bordeaux.

The Tayac, Francs and Saint-Cibard hiking loop starts at Notre-Dame de Tayac Church and ends there again. It passes through the villages and is associated with châteaux, churches and dovecotes. Notre-Dame de Tayac is a Romanesque church dating from the 12th century. It stands at the entrance to the village on a hilltop and overlooks a wine-growing landscape. The church was listed by decree of 21 December 1925.
