The Moulin de Neuffons was initially a grain mill and later a flour mill. It probably dates from the 16th century.
The Church of Saint-Martin de Torignat, now the church of Neuffons, was rebuilt in the 19th century. It has a rectangular nave and a flat-ended chancel. The stone baptismal fonts are among the oldest furnishings in the Church of Saint-Martin de Torignat.
