The Église Saint-Georges de Les Billaux has a bell gable typical of the Gironde and is the municipality of Les Billaux's most important cultural heritage site. The parish was mentioned in 1124 under the name Saint-Georges de Guestas or Guîtres; this name remained in official records until the end of the 18th century.

The washhouse and well of Les Gauthiers (“Lavoir et puits des Gauthiers”) are designated as protected cultural heritage.
