Culture and history

The Saint-Seurin parish church is located in Cantois. Its nave, bell tower and choir were renovated in 1774. The church may have a Romanesque sanctuary; a side aisle was added in the 14th century.

The Mazerolle site in Cantois is a medieval motte. Mazerolle Motte has an imposing quadrangular earthen mound measuring approximately 45 by 30 metres. It includes a well-preserved bailey and an area surrounded by ditches.
