Nature
The Marais de Bruges National Nature Reserve covers 265 hectares and is home to more than 3,500 species across 69 habitats. A 2.5-kilometre visitor trail leads to three observation points, two of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The reserve offers guided tours all year round.

Culture
Parc Treulon was opened to the public in 1980. The Ludo-Médiathèque de Bruges opened in 2022 in the completely renovated Parc Treulon.
Markets
Bruges’s central Saturday market has been held on the Esplanade Charles de Gaulle for more than 40 years and features around 60 vendors. They include butchers, delicatessen vendors, fishmongers, market gardeners and florists.
The open-air market in Tasta takes place every Wednesday on Place Jean Moulin. Producers, vendors and food trucks offer goods for sale and tasting there. The Tasta market includes a butcher, a cheesemonger, a fruit and vegetable producer, a rotisserie chicken vendor, caterers and food trucks serving international cuisine.
