Things to do

The Le Tanet natural climbing site is equipped and has routes ranging from difficulty grade 3c to 6b. It can be reached via the D417 in the direction of Tanet; from the car park of the Ferme-Auberge Seestaedlé, it is a 10-minute walk.

To follow the “Les Deux Lacs” circular hiking trail, take the D417 from Münster towards the Col de la Schlucht and turn off towards Le Tanet approximately 5 km after Soultzeren. The circular trail passes the Ferme du Gaerstlesrain; further up on the left is the Chalet Erichson of the Club Vosgien, which is open to everyone.

Culture and History

The Protestant church of Soultzeren was built in 1782 to replace a wooden structure. It was partially destroyed by the bombardments of 1915. The new Protestant church of Soultzeren was inaugurated on 16 December 1923.

Regional Products

The Chèvrerie du Londenbach offers tours and goat milking. It sells organic goat cheese from farm production and raw milk.

At the eponymous Ferme-Auberge on Lac du Forlet, guests can enjoy a typical marcaire menu, Munster cheese and fruit tarts.
