In Jebsheim, the Croix du Moulin memorial commemorates all those killed and wounded in the winter of 1945. It was inaugurated in 1988 at the site of the mill belonging to the de Berckheim family and commemorates all those killed and wounded during that winter. The memorial is designed as a three-part cross made of Vosges sandstone and represents France, the United States, and Germany. Its grounds also include a memorial garden where the ashes of veterans rest.
Another historical landmark is the Church of Saint Martin in Jebsheim, which was first documented in 891. It was partially rebuilt between 1954 and 1957. On February 19, 1996, it was added to the supplementary list of historic monuments for all parts dating from before the 20th century, as well as for the stained-glass windows and the remains of the tower windows.

The Sentier de la Paix is 7 km long, begins at the Croix du Moulin memorial 1 km west of the village of Jebsheim, and leads through Riedwihr. From the Croix du Moulin to the de la Blind bridge, the path runs through fields and along bodies of water; walkers can discover the local flora and fauna along the way.
